FSM "Expelled"
"Everything that exists was created by a loving Flying Spaghetti Monster (FSM)..." is the credo of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster
However, the concept has met with significant suppression from the Ivory Tower Academia. In a hard hitting video, soon to be released worldwide, the producers of "FSM Expelled" expose the real controversies which are not being taught by the Ivory Tower Academia.

Very well done. Glad to see some fellow Canucks taking up the battle for his noodley goodness.

I am looking forward to the review by the Toronto-based Canadian "journalist".

BTW, wasn't that exactly Stein's text?

The only thing expelled here is humor; I wouldn't pimp something so transparently vapid and socially inept.

Sure you would bobby, you do it all the time.
The web is littered with the effluent of your efforts to promote even sillier notions.
Remember the tasmanian wolf?
Sheehs, you're an idiot.

Socially inept? I was not aware that internet parodies had a social life.

Except that the Church of the FSM has a clearly defined usefulness.

Robert O'Brien vomited- "For the pocket-protector-carrying, coke-bottle-beglassed, high-water-pants-wearing crowd, perhaps."
Au contraire. FSM works wonders for making creationists look as asinine in the public sphere as they deserve.
And, of course, for "academic freedom" bills.

Watching this vid makes me wonder why they needed three and a half million dollars to make Expelled.

Pastafarianism, the religion of Flying Spaghetti Monster believers, is a fine example of belief trumping evidence . . . a simpler version of I.D./Creationism vs. Evolution.
Pastafarians claim that there is a direct correlation between the increase in global warming and the decrease in the number of pirates in the world. They provide "evidence" to support their claims. http://www.venganza.org/about/open-letter/
They claim that their theory stands up to scientific scrutiny.
(Leave aside the question of describing any causal relationship between the purported FSM, the census of the world's pirates and global warming trends. They do.)
Their data is false. They just made it up. Then they charted what they made up. Why did they make that particular chart of made up data? It just, "looks right". Surprise, it supports their conclusion too!
In fact, over the past decade+ the number of pirates worldwide has been growing at an alarming rate . . . And so have global warming trends/effects.
But they don't want to hear any contradictory evidence. They already KNOW THE TRUTH!
Pastafarianism is not merely "a parody of Creationism and Intelligent Design".
Pastafarianism is also "a parallel of Creationism and Intelligent Design".
Pastafarianism is also not "an exceedingly lame, socially inept" "parody of Creationism and Intelligent Design".
Pastafarianism is an remarkably accurate & revealing "parody of Creationism and Intelligent Design". (With believers no less fervid than found among the Creationist's camp.)
While Pastafarians are often "exceedingly lame, socially inept" I will gladly forgive them their dress-up games & theme parties and hope they all get happily laid.
I will not forgive their bad science.
