PT needs a video...

...as you can see by looking at the cool video of science bloggers at the American Society of Microbiology meeting. You do get to meet fellow PT blogger Tara Smith there, as well as our buddy Larry Moran.

Huh? The second post before yours was a video of the Panda's Thumb staff.

Yeah, but we can't find those guys now that they figured out how to get out of their cage...

... or a full length drama. The part of Prof. Moran will be played by Christopher Plummer... Tara Smith, hmm... Geena Davis, only younger...

theme song:
what kind of anal-retentive geek would write a SONG about bacteria?
"bacteria. bacteria" "everywhere, bacteria" "on our chicken" gaaak!
the guy needs a hobby.
no! a DIFFERENT hobby!

If you really want a PT video, I would suggest shooting on location at the University of Ediacara. Opening scene in front of the ivy covered biology building then cut away to the natural history museum with its fine displays, followed by a quick tour of some of the well equipped labs with busy grad students and post docs. Then to the pub, Delta Pi Gamma will offer the PT cruiser to drive the photographer and others over perhaps catching a few shots of campus town on the way. Everyone can then relax with their favorite beverage while the interviews with each contributor takes place. A little alcohol to loosen the tongue will help the interviews and make everyone more comfortable. Of course Professor Steve Steve should host and narrate the video. Come to think of it, what sort of speaking voice does the Professor have? I hope he has a pleasant voice and engaging style, a David Attenborough style would be quite nice. As for music, a variety of Panda music is available through the internet. From Panda hispanic rock to The Panda Band --- Musical Chairs, which is somehow appropriate considering the amount of the work required of contributors to counter some claims of antievolutionists. Although these selections may be a little over the top I'm sure some more easy listening pieces can be discovered.

I am still wondering what you mean by "science" blogging considering some of the propaganda that is being fronted as "science".
I'm still wondering what you mean by "propaganda" since you don't give any examples, thereby rendering your comment completely vacuous. You did, however, manage to misspell the URL you provided when you posted your comment.
